Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided the comprehensive study for this 43,000 s.f. facility that features space for numerous recreational activities including indoor family aquatics. The result of this study created such strong interest with the citizens of Seven Hills that they easily passed a tax levy for its immediate funding. The new center includes a gymnasium with two basketball courts, weight training area, indoor aquatic center and lap pool, elevated walking track and supporting features.
