Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided the Master Plan and Design for a new 135-acre park to meet the needs of the community. The main facilities will include: 7 field soccer complex, youth baseball complex, softball complex, extensive trail system, aquatic center, recreation center, amphitheater, picnic areas and fishing pond. The property includes multiple parking facilities totaling 850 spaces.
