Administrative Office Building Brandstetter Carroll Inc. began its relationship with DHL Airways, Inc. in 1992 when designing the 10.3 acre cargo ramp, and has completed ten additional projects since that time. In 1998, DHL officials announced plans to expand their North American operations at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport. This $210 million Sort Facility was a critical step for the world’s largest cargo carrier, as they sought to increase their share of the $50 billion United States air and ground parcel delivery market. Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided professional engineering services for the Site Analysis and Landside Site Design, as well as Architectural services for the 129,000 square foot Administrative Office Building and Trucking Terminal. At the facilities peak, DHL employed nearly 1,500 individuals. |
