CAMP C.A.M.P. HEALTH CENTERChildren’s Association for Maximum Potential | San Antonio, Texas The Health Center is one of the most important facilities at Camp CAMP which services children with developmental disabilities and their families. Camp CAMP does its best to ensure that everyone will be able to participate in all programs to reach their maximum potential. The volunteer counselors and medical staff members provide a one-to-one camper to counselor ratio. This Health Center is designed to feel like a large Cabin and not an institutional medical facility. Several rooms have multiple beds so the Campers can enjoy an environment similar to their cabins in a lodge type setting. The Health Center will be located in the core of camp near the dining hall and within close proximity to the camper villages. The Center will also include a large training room for the education and training of staff and volunteers and accessible lower and upper floors that provide new staff housing capacity. |
