Campbell County Administration BuildingNewport, Kentucky | 45,000 Square Feet | Completion Winter 2010 Campbell County is located in Northern Kentucky, across the Ohio River from Cincinnati. In 2002, the Campbell County Fiscal Court commissioned Brandstetter Carroll Inc. to conduct a Feasibility Study for a new County Administration Building. The new building will be located within the City’s most vibrant Economic and Business District. The building will serve as a southern anchor for Monmouth Street in the City of Newport. This 45,000 square foot building will include offices for the County Fiscal Court, Property Valuation Administration, Sheriff’s Office and Health Department. |
