Route 8 ReconstructionNewport, Kentucky | Roadway Widening to support $150 Million Entertainment District Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided surveying, design and engineering services including construction administration and inspection services for road, traffic signals, utility and streetscape improvements for the main access road to the $150 million Newport-on-the-Levee development. The improvements included new water, storm and sanitary sewer utilities, traffic signals, curbs, pavers, sidewalks and curb ramps along this state route. Patterned concrete was included at the intersection of Monmouth Street. Funding is from KTC and the Newport-on-the-Levee Developer. Total construction exceeded $6,000,000. |
