This 25,500 s.f. building houses the Buffalo Trace Area Development District, Cabinet for Families and Children, Juvenile Justice and other related agencies. Designed to reflect the historical traditions of Maysville, the facility reflects a mercantile building- type reminiscent of the early 1900's, while incorporating modern technological advancements in architecture. The project was completed in 2001 with a total construction cost of $2,700,000.
