BAY VILLAGE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Brandstetter Carroll Zofcin Inc. was recently commissioned to design
a new police station for the City of Bay Village. The program includes
a seven-bed detention facility, a state-of-the-art dispatch center,
offices, locker rooms, training facilities, and a community gathering
room. The program also called for a 3,500 square foot community fitness
center which is attached to the police station. An 8,500 square foot
vehicle storage garage, located to the north of the 34,500 square foot
main building, includes parking for up to 12 police department vehicles
and a seven stall shooting range. This project is scheduled for construction
in the spring of 2004 with a projected completion date in 2005. BCZ
