LEBANON HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN & DESIGN

Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided the Master Plan for the sixteen-block Historic District in the City of Lebanon including recommendations for streetscape expansion, green space development, parking, residential development and retail/ commercial development. In August of 2003, the firm began the first of a three phased improvement project to enhance the sidewalks, pavers, curbs, drainage and roadways within the study area.
