THOROUGHFARE PLAN ANALYSIS

Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided services in conjunction with the preparation of a Thoroughfare Plan for Clearcreek Township in Warren County, Ohio. Transportation needs for the Township were developed for a 10 year period utilizing traffic engineering principle's including level of service analysis, trip generation, trip assignment and trip distribution. The study included 19 intersections and examined traffic flow over a three hour period in the morning and evening peak hours.
