Berea Municipal Facilities
Brandstetter Carroll Inc. was hired to assist the City in planning for current and future needs for the City Administrative offices, Police Department and Fire Department. The site-evaluation process included examining existing buildings on-site, adjacent vacant land, and buildings including three houses. Several concepts were derived once programming was completed. All vehicular needs were considered as well as pedestrian safety for the site. The project has been estimated to cost approximately $8 million.
