Hudson City Hall
The City of Hudson, Ohio, purchased an existing three-story building for their Administration Offices. BCI worked with the City to prepare space planning for utilization of the existing building, and then prepared construction documents for interior renovations. The existing space was maintained as much as possible, with the addition of offices and a large Boards and Commissions meeting room where required. The lower level of the building is ideal for a series of Community Rooms that can be accessed independently from the rest of the building. The entire building received new LED lighting, controls, and updates to the mechanical system to serve the new interior configuration. The building is 32,000 s.f. and the renovation costs totaled $2.5 million.
