Spencer County Public Library
BCI provided Architectural and Engineering Services for a building totaling 17,000 square foot located in Central Kentucky. The original building was an old 5,000 square foot retail building and BCI planned for nearly 12,000 square feet of new space to provide the County with modern library services. BCI assisted library officials with securing a grant from the Kentucky Department of Libraries and Archives based upon increased population demands. The total project budget was $3,500,000. The new building has bright program areas for children, young adults, adults, reference collections and genealogy research areas, a community room, and ample staff offices. The building was completed in Spring of 2017.
