Brandstetter Carroll Inc. partnered with the City to first conduct a Comprehensive Parks Assessment, followed by the development of a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. With a system that includes both larger recreational parks and smaller neighborhood parks, the City sought greater cohesion and strategic direction. The planning process identified unmet needs, established clear priorities, and—most importantly—reflected the voices of residents gathered through extensive community engagement. The result is a unifying vision that aligns the park system with the community’s values and future goals.
