President’s Park is a centerpiece of community life in the City of Edgewood, and Brandstetter Carroll Inc. has played an ongoing role in its continued enhancement.
In 2020, BCI assisted the city with the selection and installation of a prefabricated concrete restroom structure to support the adjacent tennis courts and playground. The following year, BCI collaborated with City Council to design a custom gazebo—nestled into a wooded hillside—as a distinctive gathering space for park visitors. In 2022, the park saw the construction of a new Band Shell, replacing an older pavilion used for performances. The pre-engineered structure was thoughtfully detailed with brick piers and walls to harmonize with the park’s existing character.
