The realignment also enables a broader strategic shift at the executive level. Ben Brandstetter will remain President while also assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer, allowing him to focus more intentionally on company strategy, vision, and long-term growth.
Complementing this move, Monica Sumner has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, she will oversee operational coordination across the organization, support managers, and ensure consistency in communication, processes, and execution—key elements for scaling effectively while maintaining service quality.
The firm introduced two new senior leadership roles to provide dedicated oversight of its core disciplines, with Eric Chambers, serving as Director of Architectural Practice and Charlie Schneider, serving as Director of Engineering Practice.
