Brandstetter Carroll Inc. worked with the City of Kent to develop a new City Hall to complete a municipal campus that includes the City Fire Station and Police Station. City Hall is located on a prominent intersection at the main entry into the city. The design includes a transparent corner, allowing views into the governmental office of the City. The new building includes Council Chambers, the Mayor’s Office, City Manager, Finance and Utility, Law Department, Human Resources, Civil Service, and their respective administrative support. The two-story lobby space allows for group gatherings and exhibitions, with an adjacent community meeting room.
