Scope

The Grayson County Cooperative Extension Office quickly is expanding and has outgrown their current facility. Their current location is in excellent proximity to the Western Kentucky Parkway; however, it is landlocked and unable to expand. Keeping the future in mind, the Extension Foundation purchased a six-acre tract of land for when the time came to expand.
Realizing the dire need for an expansion, Brandstetter Carroll Inc. worked with the Agents and Foundation to generate a study examining best uses for the site, programming and budget needs, and the look of the building. The study then became BCI’s road map for designing the expansion and doing so in the most mindful way.
