Brandstetter Carroll Inc. was selected by Scott County to design a new Farmer’s Market Pavilion, which has been sponsored by Whitaker Bank. The covered pavilion will house five 30’ x 30’ bays and includes a 20’ tall cupola. The parking lot will be resurfaced and re-striped to provide 198 spaces.
