The Washington County EMS Facility is a new 10,500-square-foot emergency services station designed to support the County’s expanding emergency response needs. The facility provides modern operational, administrative, training, and personnel support spaces within a durable and resilient public safety environment. The building includes apparatus bays, offices, conference and training areas, staff support spaces, living quarters, and a dedicated storm shelter to maintain operations during severe weather events.
The development also included extensive site improvements, emergency vehicle circulation, parking, utilities, and supporting infrastructure necessary for 24-hour emergency operations. Construction was completed in 2025, and is currently in full service.
