Designed for Wayne County, West Virginia, this 5,870 s.f. Emergency Operations and NextGen 911 Call Center serves as a unified hub for City, County, and State emergency response — built to perform when it matters most.
The one-story facility at Memorial Drive and Hendricks Street features both hardened and non-hardened areas, housing a modern call center, conference and meeting spaces, and staff support facilities including break and shower rooms. State-of-the-art equipment and scalable infrastructure support current operations while accommodating future technology upgrades without disruption to the County.
Like all BCI-designed EOC facilities, the building meets NENA, Department of Homeland Security, and Motorola R56 Grounding Standards
