Brandstetter Carroll Inc. partnered with the City of Cuyahoga Falls to develop a forward-thinking Parks and Recreation Continuous Improvement Plan, designed to guide future investments and elevate the quality of life for residents through enhanced recreational opportunities.

The planning process emphasized meaningful public engagement, featuring a statistically valid household survey, a web-based community survey, stakeholder discussions, public open houses, and online engagement tools. A comprehensive inventory and analysis of existing City-owned parks and facilities established a solid foundation for recommendations.

The plan presents a clear vision for the future of parks and recreation in Cuyahoga Falls, supported by strategic goals and actionable objectives. It includes conceptual designs for several parks and outlines targeted recommendations for land acquisition, facility development, trail expansion, and program enhancements—positioning the city to meet evolving community needs while continuing to build on its strong parks legacy.
