Brandstetter Carroll Inc. was engaged by Boone County to develop a Master Plan for a new 5-acre neighborhood park. Developed through a community-focused process that included three public meetings, the plan reflects the priorities and aspirations of local residents.
The final design includes a small parking area for convenient access, a perimeter walking trail with a pedestrian bridge, and an outdoor exercise station with fitness equipment. Additional features include a picnic shelter, restrooms, and a playground specifically designed for children ages two to five. The 8-foot-wide paved trail forms a 0.22-mile loop, promoting walkability and year-round use.
