BCI partnered with the Pendleton County Fiscal Court and the Pendleton County Fire Department to design a new fire station that enhances emergency response capabilities and provides modern facilities for volunteer firefighters serving the community. The project includes site improvements and a new station constructed around a pre-engineered metal building system, creating a durable and cost-effective solution tailored to the department’s operational needs.
The facility was designed to support apparatus storage, firefighter training, equipment maintenance, administration, and emergency operations. Key spaces include multiple apparatus bays, decontamination facilities, SCBA storage, offices, communications areas, meeting space, and support amenities. Through close collaboration with county officials and fire department leadership, BCI developed a functional and resilient station that strengthens public safety services throughout Pendleton County.
