In collaboration with Terreri & Sons, Inc., Brandstetter Carroll Inc. served as the architectural and aquatic engineering partner for the revitalization of Circleville’s Ted Lewis Park. This project featured a dynamic new splashpad, a modern restroom facility with an attached pavilion, a spacious shelter structure, and comprehensive site improvements.
Working from initial site development and utility plans prepared by the City, our team refined and expanded the design to fully integrate the aquatic elements, buildings, and surrounding infrastructure—delivering a cohesive, community-focused recreational destination.
