When Carter County set out to better serve its residents’ health needs, the Carter County Board of Health turned to BCI to design a facility built around the community it serves.
The new Carter County Health Department replaces outdated space with a purpose-built home for public health — featuring exam rooms, a full lab, medical storage, and administrative offices alongside a boardroom and community conference area designed to bring people together around the health of their county.
Every square foot reflects a single goal: making quality health services more accessible to the people of Carter County.
