Brandstetter Carroll Inc. worked with Wehr Constructors on a Design/Build for the Louisville Regional Airport Authority’s Snow Removal Equipment Building. The building includes 12 drive-through parking bays and a drive-through wash bay. The wash bay equipment consists of a heated pressure washer with remote activation station, and undercarriage wash and two festoon systems. The building is 18,989 s.f., with a pre-engineered metal building and masonry (in the wash bay areas). The facility was originally scheduled to open prior to snow season 2020, but COVID-19 impacted the timeline.
