Brandstetter Carroll Inc. teamed with Turner Construction to design and build a new Administration Building using the Design-Build delivery method for the Kenton County Fiscal Court at the historic Bavarian Brewery Site. The design creates an inviting atmosphere that is an anchor for the community. The design includes spaces for County Administration functions including the County Clerk, Fiscal Court, Homeland Security, Sheriff’s Department, Planning and Zoning, Building Inspection, Commonwealth Attorney, County Attorney, and Administration departments.
The design team took special considerations to preserve the historic nature of the existing brewery tower while also connecting a new five-story office building adjacent to it through a glass atrium. Project included building demolition, parking lot construction, and industrial space renovated to various uses.
