The Jessamine County Judicial Center is a three-story building that will house the court functions for the county. The facility includes four courtrooms and the associated office spaces for the Judges, Court Clerk and other required functions. The space includes limited prisoner handling areas on each floor, along with a prisoner transport sallyport in the basement. The building boasts a limestone façade and is primarily structural steel framed with metal stud infill, with limited structural masonry and concrete retaining walls in the basement.
