When the City of Hutchins outgrew its City Hall, the goal wasn’t simply more space — it was a building worthy of the community’s ambitions.
BCI engaged every City staff member and council representative to understand how the building needed to function and what it should say about Hutchins. That listening shaped both the program and the conceptual design, producing a facility that reflects the City’s commitment to excellence and forward thinking in equal measure.
As the cornerstone of Hutchins’ future town center, the building was designed with its place in the broader community in mind — from how residents arrive and move through the site to outdoor gathering spaces that can host City events and bring people together for years to come.
