As community participation grew beyond the capacity of the original facility, Brandstetter Carroll Inc. (BCI) was engaged to redesign and expand the Grant County Cooperative Extension Service building. The project strategically “unpacked” and “repacked” the existing layout while integrating new systems—ensuring the facility continues Enhancing Community and Quality of Life for county residents.
Enhancements include an expanded Demonstration and Sewing Room to support hands-on learning, along with flexible program and meeting spaces that can divide into four smaller rooms to accommodate varying group sizes. A commercial serving kitchen further supports instructional programming and large community gatherings.
The result is a modernized, adaptable facility positioned to serve Grant County’s evolving outreach needs.community connection.
