When the City of Denton Police Department needed to extend its reach beyond downtown, BCI designed a new 24,000 s.f. Sub-Station on the south side of the City — expanding coverage across the community while relieving crowding at the main facility.
The project went beyond a standard station. BCI incorporated a skid pad into the design, giving officers a dedicated space to sharpen critical vehicle skills including maneuvering, skid training, and Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) — training capabilities that make the department more prepared and the community safer.
