Brandstetter Carroll Inc. worked with Louisville Metro to consolidate their department to one location at the old AT&T building located on Chestnut Street. The facility was converted to the new Police Department Headquarters. This building includes all new infrastructure, building hardening, new offices for administration, investigations, real time crime analysis, records, fitness, media room, traffic division, special events, special task force workspace, human resources, and other divisions of Louisville Metro. The site also has improvements such as secure parking, passive threat mitigation elements, training elements, and vehicle processing garage and officer support space. This project will have multiple phases as funding is secured.
