A new police facility demands more than good design — it demands precision in how every person and vehicle moves through it.
When the City of Franklin engaged BCI to design a new police facility on a six-acre site, the team had to solve for four distinct circulation needs simultaneously: emergency vehicle response, prisoner transport, public access, and daily staff operations — each requiring its own carefully considered flow to ensure safety, efficiency, and a welcoming experience for the residents the facility serves.
The facility also incorporates administrative functions, making thoughtful space planning all the more critical to how the building works from the inside out.
