BCI partnered with the City of Blue Ash to design a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Blue Ash Family Aquatic Center, creating an enhanced aquatic destination for residents and visitors. The project modernized the facility while introducing new attractions and upgraded infrastructure to improve the guest experience, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
The redevelopment includes a new waterslide complex, renovated lap and activity pools, enhanced aquatic amenities, upgraded filtration and mechanical systems, improved deck areas, and supporting facility improvements. The design also incorporates a new lifeguard building, pool equipment spaces, drainage and utility upgrades, and site enhancements that improve accessibility and circulation throughout the aquatic complex. Through close coordination with City staff, BCI developed a modern family-focused aquatic environment that supports recreation, aquatic programming, and community engagement.
