Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided civil engineering services to Reztark for the renovation and expansion of the luxury wing area of Kenwood Towne Center. Services included the design of a parking lot, exterior sidewalk improvements, coordination of façade improvements, including door elevation, and a valet area. Work also included an as-built survey to confirm existing elevations as well as coordination with the architect for utility avoidance and relocation where necessary. BCI coordinated with the design team for permitting from the appropriate regulatory agencies and provided construction administration.
