Scope

The transformation and expansion of the historic community center, originally built in 1932, reimagines its role as a cornerstone of the community by introducing modern, versatile spaces designed to serve a wide range of needs.

The overall design concept centers around promoting health and wellness for both mind and body for residents of all ages. This multi-generational facility features a community room, regulation size gymnasium, incubator kitchen, pre-school, and family resource center.
BCI’s extensive experience and proven track record, including two previous renovations of this facility, ensure this project will be executed with the highest standards of quality and care. The renovated and expanded community center will not only preserve the nostalgia of the original building but also provide contemporary amenities that meet the evolving needs of Middletown’s residents.
