Brandstetter Carroll Inc. worked with The Walker Company on this design-build project. The City of Versailles was interested in building a space where the community could gather for a variety of activities. The pavilion hosts art fairs, cooking demonstrations, library events, holiday events, and a farmer’s market, among others. The facility is equipped with a kitchen and is accessible to food trucks. A stage with lighting and a water feature enhance the use and aesthetics for this multi-functional space.
