Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided architectural and engineering services for a new 44,000 s.f. YMCA facility in a rapidly growing part of east Lexington. The facility includes a family aquatic center, outdoor spraypad, gymnasium, wellness center, walking track, multipurpose room, childcare area, teen center, and group exercise studios. As part of the program, the Lexington Clinic leases more than 3,000 s.f. for therapeutic services. The total construction cost was approximately $12 million.
