The City of Lewisville contracted with KAS, now a part of Brandstetter Carroll Inc., to design their Fleet Maintenance Facility. The approximately 33,000 s.f. building houses offices for Facilities Management and Fleet Management. It includes a mechanical shop and storage for Facilities Management and vehicular maintenance bays for Fleet Management. The facility has a free-standing wash bay and fuel island.
