Recreation always has been a foundational area of service and BCI has dedicated staff who specialize in programming and designing Recreation and Aquatic centers. BCI has taken leading roles in the development of recreation center design, aquatics, park facilities, senior facilities, trail systems, and facilities for special populations. BCI also has assisted many cities in forming partnerships with nonprofit providers (P3) in the implementation of joint facilities and programs.
