BCI has designed City Halls, Municipal Buildings, County Administration Buildings, and Village Halls since the founding of the firm. The scope of these projects has ranged from $500,000 to $30 million. We understand the need for communication and flexibility within these types of facilities. These buildings are usually constructed with the expectation they will be in use for at least 50 years. Therefore, the ability to pivot and make changes within the building are paramount to its design. We also recognize most of these buildings serve as a centerpiece in the community.
